Burt's Bees used to be all natural...but I think they were bought out by Clorox.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I know of Honeybee Gardens they are great! I really like their jojoba eye liners. I honestly don't know much about Acure and don't believe I've tried anything from them, but some other bloggers such as Pure Makeup use a lot of their products! I believe they're pretty clean :D
ReplyDeleteI was just telling my sister in law about this. She was so excited to show me all the products she purchased from Lush..and I had to burst her bubble and point out all the harmful chemicals. This is why I am such a strong advocate of ingredient knowledge. What you don't know can and will hurt you!
ReplyDeleteGreat post! :-)

I loved your video on greenwashed products. While I do agree with most of the products has mentioned I was bit surprised to see jason and thr alba botanica brands on your list. I have been forever loving jasons aloe vera moisturizer in a green bottle container and also often use albas shampoo as well as their even advanced cc cream.. would you give me any advise on these using products and if they are safe to use..? Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteOhh and any recommendations on natural tinted spf or bb/cc crram with spf? I watched your review on andalou and devita products but wondering if you have tried any other products? My skin is very sensitive and dry with some acne from irritation but I'm afraid andalou would make my face too yellow.. thanks a bunch!
ReplyDeleteWhat is your thought on lush and perfectly posh?
